Lagos Art Week Beckons

It’s high time that creatives gathered once again. This time, the Lagos Art Week and Afropolis Lagos 2024 are in search of exhibitors for Lagos’ first ever MAKER FAIR, powered by The QDance Company in partnership with Lagos State Government, Lagos State Tourism Arts and Culture, CcHUB Creative Economy and ALAT by Wema. 

 

Running from October 26, 2024 till the ArtX weekend of November 3rd, creatives will lock down JK Randle road, to create a hub which include J. Randle Centre for Yoruba Culture and History, National Museum Lagos, Lagos City Mall and MUSON Centre, for what is to become the biggest public and collectively curated event in Lagos this year. 

 

Artists of different kinds including musicians, dancers, songwriters, writers, poets, comedians, visual artists, creative designers, filmmakers, DJs, tech creatives, E-Gamers, fashion designers, content creators, animators and FX Artists will participate. This is a one-stop total creative experience that will attract advertising agencies, creative Agencies, art galleries and organizations, event organizers, digital platforms, streaming platforms, music producers, music distributors, record label executives as well music publishers.

 

Indeed, others in the creative ecosystem are literary publishers, cinema owners, film distributors, game designers, international delegates and cultural institutions.
